Cancellation Policy

At Emerald Global Consultancy, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

 

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the item has been dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at +447464045100.

 

Once the cancellation request is received, we will confirm if the order has been successfully cancelled and process your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7 business days.

 

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy after receiving it. Please note that shipping fees may not be refundable.

 

3. Digital Products & Services

For digital products or services, cancellations are only permitted within 2 hours of purchase, provided the product or service has not been downloaded or accessed. Once a digital product has been downloaded or a service has been initiated, cancellations are not allowed.

 

4. Subscription Services

For subscription services, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account or contacting our support team.

 

5. Special Orders or Customised Products

Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

 

6. Cancellations Due to Error

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your order due to stock issues, payment processing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
