Please note – If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If your order has been packed, shipped or delivered, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange your return.
Refunds for cancellations will be issued within 20 days of cancellation.

Questions about toys
Have you tried new batteries?
This may sound silly but have you tried putting new batteries in your toy?. Some toys will drain the batteries if you leave them in whilst they are not in use, so always remove the batteries after use.
Are you using the right battery type?
Check the product information leaflet, or alternatively look at the product description on the site to ensure that you are using the correct batteries.
Are the batteries in the right way?
These toys can be complex! Check the instructions to ensure you have put the batteries in the right way round.
Are you using rechargeable batteries?
It is not recommended to use rechargeable batteries in the toy. They are slightly bigger than standard batteries and could damage the toy and not work effectively.
Check the battery compartment!
Some of our toys come with the batteries inserted already. Sometimes they have a small paper disc in the battery compartment that you need to remove before you can turn it on.
Are the batteries in a plastic seal?
If so please remove the seal and replace the battery.
Is your toy rechargeable?
Have you fully charged your toy for the recommended time? – some toys can take 24 hours to fully charge. Double-check the instructions – a rechargeable toy normally has a light that flashes during charging and a solid light to indicate that it is fully charged.
You can return faulty used toys NO PROBLEM.
All products have a 24 month warranty so you can use them all night long without the risk of burning them out!
